The idea of a web, software and IT company appeared to Lee Stovin in at the start of 2008 after the company he had been working for had been taken over. It was in this time he decided that he could run a successful Web, Software and IT company better and more efficient than any previous company he had worked for. Within the first day of making this decision he managed to win a contract that would secure the business for the first quarter. Lee decided that he needed a partner and the best he knew in the industry. Matthew Holborn was chosen, one of the regional experts in software and IVR development and a close friend of Lee's. Matthew had over 20 years of previous experience in IT, Software development and Telecoms and with Lee's experience in technical operations, sales & marketing it seemed an ideal partnership.

It was decided that Lee would be responsible for marketing and generating business while Matthew would look after production and operations.
